Save Capel - Campaign Update

 Stewart Gledhill of the victorious "Save Capel" campaign explains to Martin Webber about how Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is set to abandon its idea of building a new town called Tudeley Garden Village.  It's taken 4 years to make the u-turn.
