As part of his Civic year, the Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor Chris Woodward & Mrs Jenny Woodward, are hosting a Civic Dinner and Dance with proceeds coming to Mental Health Resource.
The annual Civic Dinner is a major networking event for the Borough and local businesses and community stakeholders within the Borough, neighbouring Boroughs and districts are invited to attend. The Civic Dinner is always a very popular occasion and a wonderful opportunity to support our charity through a raffle.
Details
The evening will commence with a reception from 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7.00pm and will continue until 12.00am.
The dress for the evening is Black Tie or Lounge Suit, and civic insignia is welcomed.
There are round tables seating up to eight, should you wish to make up a table please do let the Mayor's Office know. Please also advise of any any special dietary or mobility requirements.
Ticket price
With numbers being limited, the allocation of tickets and requests are therefore on a ‘first come first served’ paid basis.
The ticket price will be £42.00 per person which includes a pre-dinner drink, a three-course dinner with entertainment, and a donation (£5.00) to our charity. Wine and drinks will be available to purchase on the night.
For student members of the Tunbridge Wells Youth Forum, the price has been reduced to £35.00.
