Mental Health Resource and the Counselling Centre are working in partnership to hold a Community Wellbeing Day in Tunbridge Wells.

Mental Health Resource and the Counselling Centre are holding a 'Community Wellbeing Day' during Mental Health Awareness Week to raise awareness of mental health, so residents can become more informed around mental health, talk to other local organisations to find out about resources in the town and make connections with others in the community.
Attendees can stay for as long or as little as they like over the course of the 4 hour event and chat to a number of stall holders representing charities including:
• Mental Health Resource
• The Counselling Centre
• CAB
• Life and Soul
• Men’s Sheds
• Men-D
• Age UK Tunbridge Wells
• YMCA
• Mental Health Matters
• Nourish Community Foodbank
You can also hear from Guest Speakers, including Sunday Times Journalist and Author, Matt Rudd. Plus there will be workshops delivered by Life and Soul and Word Up around the themes of mental health.
