Friends of Animals League - Foal Farm

Foal Farm is an independent animal rescue and sanctuary based in Biggin Hill. Each year we rehome over 500 abandoned, abused and neglected dogs, cats and small animals. We also provide permanent sanctuary to around 150 farm animals. Our non-destruct policy means that we only ever put an animal to sleep if there is no treatment available to relieve their suffering. We never destroy an animal on behavioural grounds and we regularly take on animals with chronic conditions or older animals that may not get a home elsewhere. All of the animals that come into our care are medically checked by a vet (and treated if necessary), vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and neutered before being rehomed.
We are open to the public 6 days a week and have an onsite tea room, pet shop and charity shop. We do not charge an admission fee, but ask for donations. We are a registered charity. We receive no government funding and rely on the generosity and support of our local community and hold fundraising events throughout the year.
